Germany

Bitburger

The Bitburger name stands for exceptional quality. The dry finished taste and the lightness are brought out only during the long maturing process.

Konig Ludwig Weiss

The Royal House of Bavaria, Konig Ludwig’s family, has maintained the highest beer-making standards for hundreds of years with the first Royal Family brewery dating back to 1260. Many of the beer practices that are still used around the world today, began with their Royal Family.

In 1810, the Royal wedding of soon-to-be Konig Ludwig I was the foundation of the Munich Oktoberfest. Today, Prince Luitpold of Bavaria carries on the Royal brewing traditions, bringing you Konig Ludwig beers, brewed by a Prince, fit for a King.

This classically golden hefe-weizen has a robust cloudiness with an aroma that is clean and crisp with lively fruity, slightly tart taste with a hint of apples and bananas. A good balance with a light emphasis on malt creates a wide spectrum of stimulating fruity experiences and a fine finish.

Paulaner

Paulaner Hefe-Weißbier is the best-selling beer by the Paulaner Brewery. Specially produced top-fermented yeast is what gives it its unmistakeable character: sparkling light, fruity, and just a tiny bit bitter. Because it is not filtered during the brewing process, it retains its originality and the many vitamins, minerals and trace elements.

Paulaner Oktoberfest Bier is festive, full-flavoured and ultra delicious, and is brewed specially for the most famous festival in the world. Every year, more than one million liters are served at the Oktoberfest. You can create your own "beer tent atmosphere" at home with this golden yellow, mildly hoppy seasonal speciality - but only between July and October

Paulaner Salvator, with its strong, typically malty flavour, is what you could call the "original" Paulaner. The bottom-fermented "Doppelbock" beer combines the finest hops and dark barley malt. The Paulaner monks used to drink Salvator as a food substitute during Lent. The most famous master brewer was Frater Barnabas, who took over the Paulaner monastery brewery in 1773. His original recipe remains practically unchanged to this day. In order to preserve the original, Paulaner registered the name "Salvator" with the patent office in 1896.

Radeberger

The origins of the Radeberger brewing company go back to the year 1882. In 1885, the brewery was registered under the name “Radeberger Exportbierbrauerei,” or “export beer brewery,” which is the name still in use today. Radeberger Pilsner was already well known outside Germany before the end of the 19th century. A beer brewed for export must be especially durable and of high quality. Radeberger Pilsner has received many accolades and awards for high quality at many German national and international trade events. Radeberger Pilsner was not only the favorite brew of German Chancellor Otto von Bismarck, but was also appointed by King Frederick Augustus III of Saxony by decree in 1905 as the official beer of the Royal Court of Saxony. Radeberger Exportbierbrauerei has a long tradition of brewing absolutely top-quality pilsner and will continue do so in the future. Considerable investments in the expansion of the brewery at have been made since 1990. These efforts have been successful, with sales rising almost five fold from about 400,000 barrels in 1990 to about two million barrels in 2004. Nowadays, Radeberger Pilsner is among the top ten German premium beers.

The close connection between the Saxon premium brand and the Semper Opera House in Dresden, stressed in advertising, and the wide variety of cultural sponsorship in which Radeberger is involved give Radeberger Pilsner an enhanced image as a great German premium brand associated with a cultivated beer-drinking culture. Radeberger Exportbierbrauerei has a longer history of pilsner brewing than any other brewery in Germany.

Clausthaler NA and Clausthaler Amber NA

FACTS & TASTE PROFILE
Since its introduction in 1979, Clausthaler has become the world's most successful non-alcoholic brew, now availablein over 50 countries. It has all of the attributes of a choice German beer: a pleasant taste and bouquet of hops, a firm head, and a fullbody. In fact, Clausthaler's taste is so rich that it is indistinguishable from German beer. It has a full-bodied fresh taste like a fine German Lager, and is full-flavored and mildly hopped.

BREWING PROCESS
Brewed only with hops, yeast, malt and water. Nothing is added and nothing is taken out! Brewed in Frankfurt! Germany by Binding Brauerei AG. A patented brewhouse process based on the German Purity Decree of 1516 ensures that little fermentable maltose is produced. Clausthaler is then fermented with perfectly normal beer yeast that has been individually cultured for the brand. As there is only little maltose available in the wort the yeast can only produce a tiny amount of alcohol but it produces plenty of full-bodied flavorful taste. After fermentation it is stored for more than three weeks in the lagerhouse which is necessary for the body of a good brew. The only non-alcoholic brew to win the coveted World Beer

HONORS & AWARDS
Award in Gold at the World Beer Cups in Atlanta (1998) and in Milwaukee (2000). Latest victories are two DLG(German Agricultural Association) Gold Prizes awarded in 2003. Isotonic (physiologically promoting) brew with less calories per bottle (only 89 cal) than a normal lager (120 cal).

ADDED VALUE& HEALTHINFORMATION
Clausthaler is a refreshing and restorative drink and provides balanced, isotonic nourishment for muscles and spirit. It has two to three times as much easily absorbable carbohydrates as normal beer. Clausthaler contains minerals, trace elements – especially potassium and magnesium - as well as vitamins (B complex group), folic acid and large quantities of niacin (encourages generation of energy and supports function of other vitamins).

It has captured the imagination of the Thai people and we like to think that’s down to our commitment to quality, harmony, balance and complete authenticity. The word chang translates as elephant – an animal that has played a major part in Thailand’s rich history. It is revered in religion and among royalty and has helped cultivate that land that now produces Chang’s unique flavor.

Over 50% of Thais choose Chang Beer and we’re now introducing this unique flavor to you. ENJOY!

Trinidad

Carib

Carib Brewery Limited was established in Trinidad in 1947 with operations in Trinidad and Tobago, Grenada and Saint Kitts.

Carib is a lager of European original. It is a pale golden straw color with a rich head formation. It is slightly aromatic, with a neutral balance between malt and hops, sweet and bitter. Medium-bodied mouth feel leads directly to a semi-dry finish with only a hint of bitterness. No accented hop or malt character, but refreshing drinkability for a parched and thirsty palate.

Shandy Carib available in Lime, Sorrel and Ginger is a tropical light beverage that promises to refresh and excite the taste buds. The Caribbean custom of mixing refreshing lager beer and tropical flavored drinks was captured by the brewery in 1985 by the launch of Shandy Carib.
