SCHENCK COMPANY RECEIVES
MILLER HIGH LIFE ACHIEVEMENT and COORS PRESIDENT’S AWARDS

Orlando, Florida: June, 2008 – Schenck Company, serving the six central Florida counties of 
Orange, Osceola, Polk, Brevard, Seminole and Lake, has won two awards: the Miller Brewing 
Company’s 2008 High Life Achievement Award and the Coors Brewing Company 2007 Coors 
President’s Award. Schenck is the only company in the nation to win both this year.

The coveted awards were presented to Schenck Company leadership and family members in April
2008 at the Miller Brewing Company Convention in New Orleans and at the Coors Brewing Company 
Convention in Denver, Colorado.

“The High Life Achievement Award and the Coors President’s Award are based on several key
sales-related metrics. We are very honored and excited to receive both of these prestigious 
awards in the same year,” explains Kelley Mossburg, President and Corporate General Manager

The metrics for the awards include:

• Volume/trend performance on key brands. 
• Distribution performance on key brands. 
• Retail execution (display, draft features and chain c-store execution, etc). 
• Operational excellence in quality control, in-market rotation, product freshness, managed 
  freight, temperature control, inventory control/forecasting. 
• Partnership in investing in key technology, effective keg counts, benchmark surveys and 
  monthly financial and volume reporting for key initiatives and brands
