Our People
Kelley joined
Schenck Company in November, 2006 as the company's first
non-family member President and Corp. GM. Prior to his eight
years as COO with CNL Financial Group, Inc., Kelley had over 25
years' experience in executive management and leadership
experiences with several Fortune 500 companies in industries
including utilities, manufacturing, consumer products,
petroleum, retail and restaurant as well as serving as Board
Chair for Junior Achievement of Central Florida and the Orlando
Regional Chamber of Commerce and as a board member for several
other Central Florida non-profit organizations.
After professional
accounting education and audit experiences, Kym joined the company
in January, 1983 and has held positions of ever increasing
responsibility as the company continued to grow. She has
responsibility for the accounting, finance and IS / IT functions
for the organization.
Sean joined the
company in June, 2001 as Marketing Manager and his role was
quickly expanded to include the business development processes of
the company. He was promoted to Director of Sales for Schenck
Company in 2007 and has responsibility for the on and off premise
marketplaces.
Nancy joined
Schenck Company in July 2007 as the human capital leader.
Nancy
is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources,
including compensation and benefits, talent management, leadership
and employee development, rewards and recognition and organization
development.
Rubens joined the team in November 2007 bringing 20+ years of corporate marketing experience acquired from both the Service and the Consumer Products industries in corporations such as American Express, Directv, and BestFoods/Unilever, where he spent 14 years working in several domestic and international marketing positions.
